3.3 Account Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are supported on the nag88 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for any payment method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and such transactions may be refunded.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For bonus-related withdrawals, completing the wagering requirement is mandatory (see Section 5).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nag88 offers various bonuses for users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive a bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.
• The current wagering requirement is 15x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• If you attempt to withdraw a bonus without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• nag88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• nag88 may change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6. VIP Program

nag88's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with different benefits and weekly cashback.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Changes to VIP tier depend on the user's activity on the platform. nag88 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

7. Gameplay Rules & Prohibited Activities

The following rules must be followed while playing games on the nag88 platform:

7.1 Permitted Activities

• All games must be played according to the rules set by nag88.
• Results are determined automatically by the game provider's system and shall be considered final.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or any kind of cheating tool.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (multi-accounting).
• Colluding with other users to agree on a specific outcome (collusion).
• Exploiting system errors or bugs; if an error is found, reporting it to support immediately is mandatory.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, nag88 may immediately close the account and confiscate all balances.

8. Sports Betting Terms

The following terms apply when using the sports betting service on nag88:

• All betting odds may change before or during an event.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, nag88's decision regarding that bet is final.
• nag88 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
